Your weight is not a number, it's a range

People who are often standing on the scale can probably confirm that your weight can fluctuate a lot in a short period of time. These weight fluctuations make it very difficult to gain insight into the progress of your program. One day you feel like you're doing well, the next day you might feel like you're back to day 1. In practice, this often leads to frustration and demotivation, causing people to give up more quickly. These fluctuations are determined by the following factors:

  • Recurring fluctuations such as your daily diet, a workout, your hormone level, etc.

  • Trend-based weight development such as the end result of a diet or the influence of a pregnancy.

  • Long-term trends that are, for example, the result of growth, old age and/or illness.

Sinque, however, sees right through these fluctuations. We

don't think of weight as a number, but as a range. By continuing to step on the Home Monitor, we collect your weight information on a weekly basis. Based on all the individual weight recordings, Sinque's artificial intelligence will predict your weekly range. This information is then processed in a well-arranged table. This makes it easy to see whether your weight has decreased, maintained or increased.

But there is more. In addition, a weight trend is determined. In determining that trend, our algorithm corrects for the fluctuations and outliers in your weight and predicts your weight for the next two weeks. This will let you know if you're on the right track, and if you're not, you and your Sinque PRO will have plenty of time to intervene before it's too late. In this way Sinque helps you and your Sinque PRO to work proactively on your health.
